

David joined the SOS team in 2002 after 7 years as a top-producing Business Account Rep for Gateway Computers. He has an extensive background in Sales and Marketing with Fortune 500 companies and locally owned businesses. David purchased SOS Systems, Inc. in 2017 from the original owner and founder. At SOS, David handles the day-to-day operations of the company, handling estimating, procurement, vendor relations, and client engagement.
David is married and has two grown children and 2 grandchildren. When he is not working, David enjoys golf, playing poker tournaments, and taking care of his disabled son Jonathan.
Dave has been with SOS for 20 years. He has progressed from being a PC Technician all the way to being our Senior Network Engineer.
Dave has experiences from basic PC repair, virus removal, upgrades and more, up to planning and implementing a new network from the ground up. He is great with low voltage wiring, firewall installation and maintenance, server installation and maintenance, and more. Dave is also known for setting up and maintaining Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) phone systems as well as some other analog and digital phone systems.
Dave has gained partnerships with AT&T, Comcast, and T-Mobile sales reps that call him when their customers need IT support beyond what their company technicians can provide.
Dave is married and enjoys a wide variety of hobbies, including ASL Sign Language interpreting, DJing, and yelling ROLL TIDE during football season.
Brandi brings over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Office Management, and Accounting, working with both large and small businesses throughout the Memphis area. Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and people-first approach, she keeps operations running smoothly while fostering a positive work environment.
Outside of work, Brandi is passionate about volunteering in her community, especially supporting fundraising efforts for adoptive children and families. She also enjoys spending time with her mother, daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter and stays busy with hobbies like woodworking, gardening medicinal plants, crafting, cooking, and jewelry making.
William has recently joined SOS Systems. He has always been interested in technology, helping his parents and other family members with simple things like smart phones, laptops, and TV remotes. He has also built several of his own computers. William said “SOS Systems seemed like a good place to learn even more about tech and stay informed about modern everyday uses and issues. I look forward to continuing to learn on the job and being able to keep people connected.”
